The period for Voluntary Payment  IBI (Rates) is the 25th August until the 5th October.
You can pay by Direct Debit or by cash payment, or on presentation of the forms which tax-payers will receive, at most Local Banks
Non receipt of these bills does NOT exempt you from payment. THE ONUS IS ON YOU THE TAX PAYER.
Duplicate copies can be obtained from the new Town Hall “Area Económica” building in the Calle Mayor in the old town of Jávea, open from 09.00h to 14.00h Monday to Friday. 

How do I set up a direct payment to pay the taxes?
If you have an account at any one of the listed banks at the same time as making the payment you can arrange the DIRECT DEBIT SYSTEM.
